I am working with this organisation for a long time now, the company treats all employees so good, and with the utmost respect, and I greatly appreciate that! The environment is really good.

Pros
No restrictions in any process implementation, if the management like the idea and the idea has logic in it. You can build it from scratch with like minded colleagues.
Cons
People who do gossips and is not focussed towards their job, must dislikes the place. Admin related issues are their, but covering up steadily. Not a place who is balance the work and life in an ideal way. Work type is hybrid whenever you put extra efforts for it, you get compensated
