      Pros

      Company culture is great, right talent is always identified and groomed, Best place for fresher, lots of learning, industry expossure, many carriers have been built from scratch and all X-employees of Exponential are doing exceptional in the whole industry. * Senior Management is very transparent, even company being in negative, still appriasals budgets are released. * Seniors are very approachable and supportive, that helps freshers to get comfortable in their first job.

      Cons

      * Senior Management is trusting a single guy who is heading majority of the global teams from India Centre. * Since the time he has arrived, many expeirienced resource has deciced to move on. * Company culture has been degraded from MNC culture to sort of Indian company culture as there is a lack of diversity in decision making which used to be their earlier. * The People has to allign with him otherwise their jobs are not secured, that include many senior leaders who are leading big teams, some day they need to take a stand otherwise its difficult to save the company culture, he has a great relationship with senior management of which he takes full advantage and you will see him very active when the senior stakeholders are in noida office. * he does not have any sort of product or business knowledge which can lead the company to any direction in difficult time like current situation, only thing which he capitalize are his PR skills.

      Young crowd Free snacks No cabins bar meeting rooms (open space where directors and the executives sit on the same area) Potentially decent initial take home but of little relevance with low increments Work life balance can be good depends on reporting manager

      Cons

      Low increments (company suffering huge advertiser losses) Slow to move to new technologies A lot of top talent leaving especially in last 1-2 years
