New ownership is completely out of touch with the business and its employees and partners. Only interested in trying to maximize profit, they've done it at the expense of employees, customer service, and partnerships. If not for the pandemic they would have already failed. One look at the comments left on all their social media posts reveal how the new operation is effecting the client base.

All of the real leadership is gone. Direction keeps changing year after year. Team members are scared and unhappy. Not stable. Newer leaders are extremely inexperienced and don't invest in their team in the way previous leaders did.
