Pros
Everyone is relaxed and hard working, easy to talk to and communication is great. IT management is really good, great people to work with and also to socialise with! They'll make you feel welcome. Shout out to the IT Team, Head of IT and the CISO, I feel like they're the real heroes! HR is great as well. Any problems you have they'll make you feel heard. On my first day I was nervous! However made me feel welcomed! Overall, FSB is definitely a great place to work and gain great experience. Thank you for the experience.

Pay could be better, however this is not entirely their fault. Either than that it's a great place to work.
