Open environment, no closed doors place. As an employee I had a high autonomy here and got a chance to work at every level of company. Mistakes were reviewed and not punished. New ideas were always welcome and I was given space and time to try them.

Projects are interesting and generally revolve around newer technologies, which are fun to work and learn about. Since the products are SaaS and we tailor platforms to customers needs, projects don't feel too monotonous and you generally feel pretty fresh or involved in whatever you are doing. The Customers are friendly, funny and down to earth which makes for some interesting mornings. Tend to get to know customers or their staff by name. Workplace: Great, close-knit staff.
