This is the worst work environment I've ever experienced. The other reviews on here are absolutely true - blatant sexism and favoritism, promotions are based solely on relationships and how well liked you are by certain people, no leadership, very limited growth opportunities.
The management of this company is absolutely incompetent. They play favorites and only care about a few select people in their "inner circle". If they don't think you're a good cultural fit, basically meaning if you don't blindly agree to everything they say without ever expressing an opinion, they will literally find a way to get rid of you as fast as possible. They fire hard working, smart people for petty reasons and without warning. This place is basically a revolving door. Everyone who works here (possibly aside from the chosen ones in the "inner circle") is constantly miserable because of the extremely toxic environment. No one is allowed to express any opinion for fear of being fired - and it could happen to anyone at any time for any reason. I wouldn't be at all surprised if management ran this company into the ground.
Aside from this, there are some fundamental problems with the way day to day business is handled. Rather than allowing employees to do quality work, management just overloads everyone and puts pressure on them to finish campaigns as cheaply and quickly as possible. No one can really do a good job on anything because they're constantly being pulled in 100 different directions. Instead of trying to help or even check in on how things are going, management completely turns a blind eye to any problems their employees may have. If an employee does raise a concern about anything, they're reprimanded for being "negative" and forced to figure it out on their own.
Another fundamental problem with this place: there's such a huge focus on sales and bringing in as much money as possible, and there's NO concern for what's being sold. Sales is allowed to make any promises they want to close deals, and the people responsible for fulfilling those promises have to deal with the fallout without any sort of compensation for it. Campaign management gets paid poorly compared to sales, and honestly works a lot harder.
I could really go on and on with this review. Take my word for it: stay as far away from FameBit as you possibly can.
