      Good place to learn, but not for long-term.

      - Exposure to government projects, can really learn the procedures and how things work - Colleagues are very supportive and helpful, good teamwork environment.

      Cons

      -Need to work late quite often (sometimes until 8–9pm), but no OT claim. If you leave earlier, you might feel a bit guilty because others still working. -Management expects a lot from you -KWSP contribution deducted but not paid properly.
