The new Chief Information Officer is a nightmare. He’s impossible to work with, disrespectful and incompetent. Morale dropping and turnover increasing rapidly. Company leadership blind to the issue. Sad to see a great company in steep decline.

Recently hired chief information officer is a disaster. In 3 weeks destroyed what used to be amazing culture. Tries to rule by fear and leaving people in uncertainity. He is incompetent both people-wise and tech-wise. Rest of the leadership is turning the blind eye or simply refusing to do anything. Resulting in big exodus of a lot of capable people from engineering
