Good company to learn and challange yourself. I have been working here for the last almost 4 years and I have worked in Telematics and ADAS Business Unit in Spain and currently Ficosa India Engineering Center in India. Therefore I could explore and know about different products, Business Units and cultures/countries. - As a Tier1 you will work directly for all OEMs around the world in challanging projects in different areas and domains, ADAS, e-Mobility, Command and Control and Telematics. - You will have the chance to learn about different products and technoclogies in an international team environment and culture. - Dynamic company which allows you to deploy your improvements or suggestions. - Good Training program to qualify the team to use the technologies and methodologies required by the projects. - Great Work-Life balance, you can work from home, flexible working hours, etc. - Great Social and team initiatives to ensure good team environment. - You will get Health insurance and other benefits. 1) All the managers are well trained in micro management. They will only look for your log hours rather than your work. 2) Hr in this organization are proficient enough for movie story writing . Before joining they will promise on-site to Spain .But after joining you will understood that they have made a fool of you. Never believe their words , Always take a written proof of any promise they make. 3) They can terminate any one with in days of joining . Already in Hyderabad campus many people are terminated showing performance reason. BUT real problem was they can not pay the employees. 4) This organization doesn't have any proper policies in place. 5) Work space and the facilities are shabby and old fashioned.

I have been working with Ficosa India for more than a year now. Till date my experience has been really great. The company explores the full potential of employees and gives the platform to showcase it. I have travelled and worked for two countries’ operations since my joining. This has definitely given me a global exposure to various industries they serve. This company has an open and transparent culture. The HR Dept. makes sure of the employee satisfaction in terms of work life balance, skill development trainings and extra-curricular activities. They even go to a deep level of understanding an employee that they support them in their personal lives too. I have personal experience of it and consider myself very fortunate to be a part of this organization.
