      Nice Holiday party and summer picnic

      Cons

      Big disconnect, supervisors always looking for reasons to write people up, that leads to a lot of low self esteem on the property. Work load is ridiculous and impossible to meet unless you work on your off days and take work home with you. You feel very unappreciated no matter how hard you work.

      Pros

      You learn what scum these real estate companies are from the inside out.

      Cons

      They will lie to their employees as well as to their residents. They have trouble generating new leads because they cannot satisfy current residents. They do not truly care about their staff. They use you for what your good for & replace you at moments notice.

      Pros

      Property manager is nice and is willing to be flexible for time management. Most of the people are easy to work with.

      Cons

      Low pay. (Maximum 2% raise no matter your ability or improvement), Poor benefits. No room for advancement. Company not willing to discuss with employees why past employees have left and why current ones are looking for other work.
