Pros

There is a wawa around the corner.

Cons

Poor leadership. Very deceitful will lie to your face. They say they provide leads but you will be better off going door to door. You will have to fight with them just to receive the little bit of commissions you may own.

Working at FreedomPlus - Terrible Place

Pros

You can wear jeans to work on Fridays and they provide free lunch once a month.

Cons

Lack of strong leadership. Weak training program. Limited job support for employees such as job aides, policy and procedures and follow up. Sales driven lending. Immature supervisors who throw wild parties at their home, supervisors who persue personal relationships with employees they are supervising. Aggressive sales team who harass underwriting in attempts to gain favorable decisions or the gray the lines to make a deal work. Anything to make a deal. Underwriters have absolutely no support from management regarding this.
