Started as a fresher and it has been a great learning experience, especially to realize my potential and work with smart, creative and fun people.

I have been working for Finoit for past 3 years and here is my experience I want to share 1. The management is always understanding and they support the team in case of personal emergencies 2. During covid there were no salary deductions and the people were given full wfh option. We are still operation wfh so I think it's a pro. May be for some people it may not be but it is for me 3. We have privilege to maintain a good work-life balance as it is rare that we work overtime (Other than in case of client urgency but this happens barely like once in a month or two) 4. We have the liberty to plan our vacations (Believe me as I do myself from time to time :) 5. They have good maternity leaves policy as well so this is a pro for our female employees 6. HR is always proactive related to our concerns and we can even reach out to the senior management in case we face any professional issues. 7. They provide good appraisals provided we work up to a certain level and in case we require any skill-related help, the option to get proper training is always there. You can talk to your manager and they will help you out I know these all are really ideal and hypothetical cases but believe me that in my past 3 years I have experienced all this and I really plan to stay and have fun working in such a good and supportive environment.

great enviornment good people in company

It is a good place to work those who want a stress-free life. Not much office politics I have observed. -Great people and company culture. - Peer are very nice and helpful. -Work-life balance environment. - Job Security.

Very inclusive driven team. Really good talent on the team and people are focused on work, putting in the extra work to take the company to the next level. This comoany has employees over the pan india , which allows people to join from all over india on 100% remote basis . Encourages real talent all the time. Finoit is actively making changes to promote women into leadeship. The services provided by finoit are really good , and very competitive with tge market. Good growth, well funded and established customer/revenue base. People are friendly and team dynamics are generally really good!

In terms of cons I can say management people are good and trys hard to make employees happy and treats them well.

Good with Work experience and Great people to work with. The amazing learning experience with trending technologies. Their efforts to make work enjoyable for everyone seem to be working very well.
