The founder shows little to no interest in investing in employee welfare, and the organization lacks a healthy culture. There is frequent internal interference, as the founder personally asks team members for opinions about one another and takes such feedback seriously, often creating discomfort and mistrust. The engineering team struggles with product development, and the product itself lacks stability. Despite this, market expectations are unrealistically high, as if the company has built a groundbreaking solution. The engineering department operates under constant pressure due to scalability issues, while teams across sales and HR experience significant stress, visible even without discussion. Leadership decisions appear regionally biased, with several senior positions seemingly influenced by internal politics rather than merit or talent.
