They got good reviews in terms of customer service (for Filipino teams) but in terms of employment, not really. (Based on my personal experience) - Lack of job security: for them, you are just a casual who can be terminated at any time they wish. :( - Inconsistent payment: Despite the contract stating a rate of $30-40+ AUD per hour, the actual salary (per day) reflected in the contract is considerably low, especially for casual employment. Sorry, but I cannot disclose the exact amount. - Unprofessional recruitment process: Despite being hired on the spot, the overall recruitment process was disorganized and time-consuming. The employer's tardiness and the need to wait for someone else to interview me were clear indicators of poor management. Given the low pay and lack of job security, I won't recommend it to international students looking for admin work.
