As an intern I was often overlooked and had nothing to do, as it was a very busy time for the company.

Understanding and caring boss. Someone how speaks their mind freely and doesn't sugar coat anything.
Cons
List go goals were unclear. being 1 person servicing over 100 employee's was similar to a circus was unwilling listen to a simple IT person's view of their cloud based services in that I mean Ex: we were running google servers, AWS, servers and Azure services because easy company we worked with had their preference and slowed everything down
