It is hard to believe that how a Fintech can convert into a BPO wherein the entire focus is on administrative activities vs innovative inventions Before you join, pls note this is a BPO and not Fintech company specifically Fiserv - India (FGS)

Micro Manage like third party Sapience Micro manage to check your breathing/breaks and office time You need to be in office for 5 days as BPO is there but no clarity BPO like focus on administrative activities rather focusing on innovation Highly partial management tilted towards BPO rather IT side of it Target people who disagree Fear of retaliation at all levels If someone resigns, no backfill, existing people to manage all old vs new work but approvals are always there for BPO Single mother treatment to BPO and Step mother treatment to rest If you want to be paid best in Industry from BPO point of view pls join here else u will regret No focus on Risk and compliance vs focus only on BPO delivery

1) Sapiens Monitoring tool to track employees. Minimum 8 hours should be logged in Sapiens. This tool doesn't add time if you are thinking of any solution or reading documents or in meetings. So you need to work 10 to bring atleast 7 hours. 2) Worst health insurance policy. 3) Hike will be maximum 5% 4) Firing due to top management change is the worst reason ever. 5) After merge First Data employees created a toxic environment in Fiserv 6) Most toxic company for employee with zero benefits. 7) Managers track your sapiens and hybrid wfh and keep nagging you. 8) India Leadership only cares of profit and money and doesn't care about employee wellness. So come to office even if you are sick. 9) Fired employees are not replaced and their work is dumped on us 10) Chennai office has the worst cafeteria. Always shortage of tea/coffee or even drinking water. 11) Forget onsite opportunity. 12) Events are conducted to please the Leadership and not for employees. 13) New technologies are non-existent. 14) Giving low quality laptop and headphones to work with. 15) Family members company. Employees are cleared in interviews if your relatives or spouse work here. Talented candidates are falsely rejected. 16) Old mindset people who still thinks cross gender communication is a sin
