Pros

Its an okay place to start if you have no idea what you want to do after graduating college. If you love frat culture then you will love Fortitude. They only promote from within.

Cons

They have a very unique culture. They only look for ex. athletes and frat bros. You work long hours (50-60hr a week) and make a salary of 34K. Management expects you to be with coworkers at all times and they encourage everyone in the company to live together. If you have any friends outside of work you will never see them. They look very down upon seeing anyone outside of the company. There is no work/life balance. Account managers look for everyone in the company to be best friends with each other. Terrible benefits which is why they look for young professionals right out of college because they do not know any better.

Challenging clients

Pros

exposure to high level clients (fortune 500 leaders, regional leaders, mid level managers, directors, etcc) Generally younger company with energy, motivated people, lots of travel, lots of learning, lots of accountability. Cool team building events, happy hours.

Cons

It is sales/consulting/business development. Some people get to go get clients, some upsell, sometimes/most times your consulting clients on some kind of change. Only a con if you don't enjoy people or helping them to change.

Pros

Not one single pro about this company

Cons

If you want to work at a company that is exactly like a frat this is the company for you. No time to yourself, even on the weekends. 60 hour work weeks and then you’re essentially forced to spend your free time on the weekends with the same people from work. If you don’t spend time with your coworkers on the weekend you’re looked down on during the week by “leadership.” If someone quits the company you a exiled from any forms of communication from any current employers. Consider yourself erased from nyone’s memory. If you currently work there and try to associate with someone that does not work there anymore you will be constantly reprimanded and scolded. If you do not want any sort of your own social life of any form then this is the place for you.

Pros

people, location, atmosphere, friends automatically in new city, young environment

Cons

have to move away no matter what, cult, people advance in other locations faster based off need and not on performance, leaders dictate when you move up and down but make it seem like you will be in sales in 6 months no matter what, micromanaged, in office 5 days, working 50 hours, as of recently they let you have a beard now, don't make commission till 6 months in and still isn't very great, jus a lot of promises and people in your ear like a coach telling you your going to be a starter but instead keeping you on the team riding the bench and taking your money :) many other places to start your career, also you don't realize how good other companies are until you are out of the environment, even when they tell you otherwise !!!!

Pros

Some of the pros of working on my client include a prestigious name and an equally prestigious clientele. The people here are incredibly smart and it's been great to work with people you can learn so much from. I enjoy the culture, as I go to lunch and happy hours with colleagues, getting to know the people I work with as well as the clients is a must to succeed in the consulting field.. Wide range of personalities excel here. Not very bureaucratic which makes working with senior staff easy; lots of opportunities to grow.

Cons

Wide range of personalities fail in this field. Certainly not for everyone. One could look at nation-wide travel as a Pro or a Con. One could look at limitless opportunities to grow more as a con if they want a steady job where they leave at 4:30 and don't travel.

Not for everyone

Pros

Happy hours, opportunity to make decent commission if you turn out to be really good in recruiting or sales.

Cons

It’s a 24/7 gig with terrible pay and a cult environment. I could go into the details but basically only a certain type of person does well here and you’ll know if that’s you within the first couple months.
