You mention our job ad and our hiring process so we are sorry to hear you did not receive all the required information when you applied. Our company has been in business for 12+ years and has helped thousands of real estate investors start successful businesses. Thus, your comments about our educational services and products are not accurate. Our company definitely cares about our customers and our employees and we continuously try and better the experience for both.

Our goal in having our managers delegate is to challenge and grow our team so they can prepare to be managers themselves. It's disappointing to hear that we didn't communicate that as well as we could have. As our company has continued to scale extremely quickly, there have been challenges around areas such as parking and open office space in our new office building that we just remodeled. That same growth can also create challenges around internal communication. We will treat all of your feedback as an opportunity for us to learn, grow, and better ourselves in all of these areas.
