Constant blame of regular employees for lack of new business. "Old Boy's Club / hire your worthless buddies" mentality. Junior engineering staff expected to fill the gaps somehow for incompetent business "leadership". At times there are more VPs then regular employees. Misrepresentation of company capabilities to clients. The best employees laid off or quitting due to defense budget cuts and lack of new business even though similar companies are doing fine. Little to no respect for employees attempting to "do whatever it takes". Any attempt to display or share concerns is taken as insubordination. Company management is in "don't care" phase now.

I used to love working here. The company had a strong culture, supportive leadership, and a team that truly cared about the work we did. Unfortunately, everything changed when Accelint took over. Instead of a smooth transition, we were left in the dark about the company’s future. When the new leadership continuously told us to “forget about our companies” while providing little transparency about what was actually happening to the company, our jobs, and out benefits. Morale dropped significantly when layoffs started happening randomly, especially among internal staff. There was no clear strategy, just uncertainty and fear. This company had the potential to remain a great place to work, but poor leadership decisions during the transition completely eroded trust. If you’re considering a job here, be aware of the instability and lack of support from leadership.
