Cons
Communication is severely lacking. Career advancement is unadvised as employees are overworked, undervalued, and underpaid. You also might not receive your schedule until as little as two days beforehand. In addition, management insists that employees are free to voice suggestions or complaints, but responses to these are often belittling or complaints go unresolved. The company also shows a complete disregard to employee safety and privacy.
