      Pros

      A large amount of independence in providing care to clients. A decent first job for a nurse looking to gain experience working in substance care.

      Cons

      Not enough communication between management and nurses. At least not during my time of employment.

      Toxic work environment, under paid, under valued, schedules change almost daily, burnout, money over clients and care
