Freedomcare is 'For the people'. They value their employees a lot and make sure they are in the right environment to learn and grow. Another thing is "Doing the right thing", always make decisions based on what is right and factual data. It is the culture of the organization which sets itself apart from other companies. They have a very positive environment to work in.

Cons

Decision making can be slow sometimes.

You’re mislead and blinded in the beginning as if you’re being hired by an awesome company. Lies!

Cons

Long shifts, Large 200+ caseload, unbelievable huge expectations with low pay. Messy & Disorganized management with lack of support to coordinators. You either sink or swim here. Burned out coordinators that are quitting every 5 minutes. That sums it up :)
