Pros

The silver linings amidst this challenging experience were the incredible individuals I had the privilege to meet and the convenience of remote work. The benefits were decent.

Cons

My time at this company was rife with frustration and unfulfilled promises. While I and others were handed promotions and greater responsibilities, these changes were not met with any increase in salary or raises, leaving most significantly underpaid and overworked. The added responsibilities extended far beyond that of a typical customer service representative, yet my compensation failed to reflect this reality. Witnessing my superiors overwhelmed and experiencing burnout further highlighted the organizational shortcomings and disregard for employee well-being. The systems at my disposal, including the CRM and other programs, were not only outdated but also abysmal, wasting substantial amounts of time, bogging down efficiency, and exacerbating the challenges of an already taxing situation. Regrettably, this role stands out as my least favorite and the one that inflicted the most stress. The confluence of unmet expectations, inadequate compensation, and a disheartening work environment left an indelible mark on my professional journey.

Pros

Not one worth mentioning whatsoever

Cons

If i could give this zero stars i would. The training is non existent for the tasks of the role. Overtime is not enforced but "encouraged" promotions are done internally but only based on the friendly relationships of those willing to suck up or kiss their butt. The team is encouraged to be fake nice and friendly but at the end of the day its a business and management is two faced. My first day they asked all new hires to put a positive review on glassdoor.......obviously trying to compensate for the bad reviews given by disgruntled or burned employees without having the time to have negative input. No constructive criticism when they clearly outlined monthly probationary reviews before letting you know you're not meeting expectations. Easier to hire someone new than extend the effort to make sure you're not dealing with a massive work load with the minimum attention to training.

Pros

Work from home, nice coworkers + supervisors

Cons

Does not pay a living wage, too many meetings with corporate buzzwords and dodgy answers, layoffs for lower level employees but bonuses for upper level, often feel like you are working for their clients and their business partners at the same time
