Pros

An array of unique products to try. A few standout coworkers that made working there bearable for a time, but they are far and few between.

Cons

Completely micromanaged. Notice the time stamp on the positive reviews: direction given from CEO and upper management to leave positive reviews in order to counter the negative ones being left. Felt like being in high school again. Very young sales/buying team that is extremely cliquey and unfriendly. Newcomers and current employees that were on the outside of the group, myself included, felt unwanted and easily replaceable, as well as not empowered to make any decisions. If you are intent on having a sales career selling produce, there are plenty of other companies I would look in to prior to applying here. Fair warning!

Pros

Interesting products to sell. Some co-workers were very friendly and helpful.

Cons

There are not opportunities for advancement and the management style is tightly micro-managed. It is a boiler room environment and does not allow independent thinking.
