Don't join this company. In my entire career, this is the 3rd class company I've encountered with poor management. The same-level employees are in management positions, and there's a lot of office politics(floor politics). Managers can see the packages, which leads to even more politics, making it detrimental to career growth. The company also plays games with employees if they want to terminate them. They initiate a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP), and within a month, you are fired.
