Pros

Pros: They will keep you for 2 to 3 months bench. Since they don't have project, so you can enjoy. Cons: Project will not come. So finally they will remove the resource saying no Project. The guys in Bench will be 8 to 10 years experience. He/she will have no option to overcome this situation and to join the other company as well. Worst Scenario for Experience guys to come inside this organisation. Don't believe with their Package. Don't trust FCI, they are very slow in getting Projects. Only resources they are filling with no projects to show the head counts for each locations. Many are absconding. Not sure how Labour Law they following. Again warning all the experience candidates, Don't take risk. Even College students are not attending interview. Advice to Management: Give the bench guys training on Technology you have project. Check 6 months to allocate them into project. No one expect good appraisal, but need good project.

Cons

I will negative on this as well, Resource Manager at Fujitsu think they are the top heavy. No big task for them still they sit like a boss. Think as if they are more than CEO. They wont treat bench people properly. No Proper response from them. No formal communication to employees. HR from Work force department is really worst experience. Even those jobs can be given to Bench Guys they will handle it very well than those HR's who are simply sitting and getting.

Pros

1)You get paid( with many tax cut) 2) You get the honour to eat the worlds most pathetic food in the canteen (Pathetic expensive food) 3)Being a CMMI 5 lvl company they have worst internet speed and worst working computers in the Chennai location.( Pathetic)

Cons

Company is full of cons. No wonder what don't join in Chennai location. BPO work in all location of India. If you want to enjoy life by doing small little excel work or sit idle on bench then only join. 1) They will hire you and will make you sit on bench for long period of time. 2) If you are a engineer forget about technical work, they will make you work in BPO type support project. 3)Highly not recommended for freshers. 4) They hire freshers make them undergo training of Japanese for 8 months nd make you forget all the technical stuff and then force you to join BPO 5) If you don't clear Japanese exam you will be send out so your 1yr will be waist with nothing. 6) Management is total fail with no experience. Specially Chennai management is very bad. 7) Everything is handled by the Pune location they no lack of vision of what to do and where to take. HR is total flop and WFM has no idea of working. 8) They will make you sign bond for everything. 9) Continues hiring of experience resource just to make them sit on bench at least for a year if not push them into BPO work. 10) Please freshers don't join this company save yours lives.

Pros

Salary comes on time this is the only positive point I could see

Cons

Very few projects, no good / big projects. There are no implementation projects. Only very old support projects are there. They put you on bench for long time and suddenly will ask you to relocate to any location for domestic project. If you say no, manager talks in very threatening and rude language. New wins are negligible; still they are hiring lot of people as attrition rate is very high. Service of support staff is poor. There is lot of politics and back stabbing. Resource management (here it is called as Work Force Management) is very poor and ad hoc. There is no probation period for lateral hires. New employee comes to know about real condition of company in first month and realizes that he / she has made mistake by joining this organization. But as there is no probation period, people have to serve 90 / 60 days’ notice period. Location of company is far away from city and very isolated. Cafeteria is always dirty. Even tables are not cleaned after people have their lunch. Quality of work in SAP is very poor. They talk big things like HANA, Fiori are our focus areas and all but there is dearth of projects in new technologies also. They will promise a lot during the managerial interview (L2 round) but once you join everything will change and nobody will care about you. You won’t get project allowance component of salary, if you are on bench for more than 2 months if you are not bilingual resource. (As there are no projects probability of being on bench for more than 2 months is very high.) If you forget to submit timesheet for week, your salary for that week will be put on hold and you will also loose some money from salary for that week. No transparency regarding projects / your future in organization. Manager decides all things for you and forces decisions on employees. Manager will ask you to sign employment bond if you attend training by external trainer or sometimes even for internal training even for lateral hires. Transportation facility is very poor. Buses are very old and in poor condition.
