* Remote Work with Full- time job *Timely payments *bonus *Benefits like PF,Leave entitlements, Flexible Workhours *Co-operative Team & Management. All Department are always willing to help each other.

Cons

As such no cons. But i have seen many bad reviews for the FullCycle by exited employees which is completely misleading. Management being very generous and providing work from home options, which exited staff took undue advantage, breached the employment agreement etc.. If you are good at what you do, then FullCycle& Chartrequest is the best place to grow.

- management team in US is helpful - Admin team in India not helpful - no Saturday work unless you need to create up make time time - monthly bonus comp based on hitting your estimated work and story points

Cons

- demanding role to get bonus comp - bad hr, but they hired a new one as I leave
