If you want a tough environment to learn from scratch, it's a place to start.
Cons
Even though you're new, the mentors may impose high expectations on you and spite you with abusive words in hope that you will feel "motivated" to close deals. From personal experience, the working culture there is very toxic and political. People there are often secretive and judgemental even on your first day at work.
