Pros

People. As many reviews here will say, the people at G2A are great in majority, and they have to be in order to survive with the low pay most of them is getting (as opposed to expats which are paid way above average). Benefits (parties, massage, gym) used to be great but as I left they started to dismantle that as the company is having financial troubles.

Cons

People as well. A cluster of long time employees and friends of the owners is controling key positions with no experience of relevance to be where they are. Decisions are made on a shortsighted quest for quick cash which leads them to take some shady routes and find legal ways to steal from their customers (Hello G2A Shield/Plus!). No vision despite one being printed on the wall of the office's entrance and no second thoughts when it comes to firing dozen of people at a time in a humiliating way (you come in for work in the morning clueless, and by noon you have given your stuff back and are thrown out the door).

Pros

PEOPLE. Most of the regular workers are talented, dedicated and, most importantly, very supportive of one another. I think it is rather unusual for co-workers to become dear friends, but in G2A, it is very common (which has its pros and cons, I guess; for example, when someone gets fired, it takes its toll on his/her colleagues, because they lose both a team member and a friend). Depending on the project you work on, you might end up doing interesting things that will teach you a lot. There is also a variety of benefits. Employees working in the HQ can enjoy a canteen, 1 hour of massage per month and access to a games room. Not sure what the salaries look like for other people, but I am more than happy with mine.

Cons

Like I said before, the people are this company's greatest asset. Unfortunately, the management does not respect them at all. Despite talking about "G2A Family", teams are being torn apart every few months due to "reorganizations", and individuals get fired for made-up reasons (and instantly walked out of the office in a very humiliating manner), which takes away any sense of stability. Another thing is projects that either go on forever or are being terminated unfinished without any respect for the team's hard work (sometimes, team members even get fired, blamed for the project's failure; and somehow, the lousy management is never to blame...). No consistent strategy whatsoever, and there are very few competent managers, both in management and their domain (even though there is a LOT of managers, and this number is growing month by month, unlike the number of regular workers).

Pros

- Above average salaries. - A lot benefits, in house GYM, games room, massage, huge parties. - The vast majority of employees are very good friendly people.

Cons

- No clear direction at all, company changes plans and structure very often! - The top management don't deliver on what they should do to help the employees to deliver. - Mass firing are normal, Job security is really bad.
