Pros
Great place to work at especially if you want to learn and grow with the company itself. Everyone here is friendly and you can reach out to anyone easily. People here are helpful and would love to answer any queries.
Cons
There aren't any major one's to report but if I have to point any then I would say that the timings are a bit unusual. But they are flexible and gives you a lot of room for your other daily tasks so it should work for young talents.
