      No pro's with unlimited pressure

      Cons

      - They always cut salary for being late no matter how nominal the time is but would not pay you a single penny for overtime work - Never paid salary on time - Humiliate employees for wired reasons - Some of the ex colleagues did'nt even received their salaries for 2-3 months. - Blames all the time for every single downfall as if it is only the employee who is responsible for all of this. - Salary range isn't industry standard. - Pressurize a lot, They will make you work even on holidays

      Weekly 2 days Off. Otherwise, there is no Pros

      Didn't pay salary. employees didn't get salary for the last 2-3 months. before joining they said they had lots of Funds. but after joining realized the real situation. They have no funds to run the company. Trust them with their sweet words Many good employees risk their cacareers They have just sweet words nothing else. They opened the company to achieve their personal goals.
