Excellent Old Age Home
Pros
- This is one of the best company to start your career. - Infrastructure is good ( Even some are old technology - good maintained ) - Few products are excellent & unique in India like Solar Films. - Good Exposure. - They never kick any-person out & you can be there for multiple years without any actual work.
Cons
- This is Old Age home Company. 50% Employee are retired & working as consultant. As old people has nothing to achieve, company is in down path. - No Increment for 3-4 years. so negotiate accordingly. - No canteen. - Old People heading different dept are King of their own Dept. & hence lots of politics. For small issues you need to write to owner & then things will start working. - 2 CEO from IIT joined & left in 6 months as Owner listen to Consultant only. - Promoters are in their own world & take nasty decision as per advise by feet licking team ...hence lack of leadership. - In highly competitive word, days are limited if not change.
