      Pros

      The firm is very flexible, you do not feel micro-managed, you are treated as an adult and do not constantly feel under pressure to account for every minute of your day. The resources available at Gateley are also great, the IT support is the smoothest and fastest. Everyone is approachable and friendly, even those you do not know will make conversation with you. It is open communication between you and your supervisor/line manager.

      Cons

      Honestly, nothing so far. The team I am in is going through some changes which means you have to adapt quite quickly but the support is certainly there.
