Pros
GT recognise that by prioritising their people, they're prioritising their clients. I have never felt so welcomed into an organisation and it continues to impress. The best way to do this would probably through a list of my relevant experiences here: - Effortless experience of ensuring full office set up prior to start date - Onboarding schedule with internal meetings for first 3 weeks with continued check in's on week 6, month 3, month 6 and so on... - A warm and welcome team, all of which support proactively - Interdepartmental collaborative working approach - Time to work with clients to ensure we get the projects right - Amazing work/life balance - Bespoke approach to each requirement with no ceiling or red tape - Encouragement and empowerment from senior directors - Rewards and recognition around every corner - Excellent opportunities with Personal Development - We are encouraged to have a voice and when we do it's listened to - Hotels and Travel booked with no out of pocket expenses - Social events and activities, support and supervision time, and dedicated time with team. - Although mostly remote, GT are innovative in how they encourage we could work, such as in central locations near colleagues, use of all Gateley offices where available, and company days.
Cons
A few separate systems with different log-ins. Some need VPN, some don't. Yet with the exception of logging time, all the systems include great stuff, such as contacts, benefits packages, personal development etc. So, I guess this is me clutching at straws to find a 'con'.
