      - Chance to work on world-class, award winning events with industry leading clients - Great, hard working people - Being on-site to bring the events to life is truly special - Lots of potential for company growth - Great place to start: You gather some fantastic experience/background and make great connections

      Cons

      Long hours. You're in a service capacity so you need to work well with clients yet balance reality and budget - pretty challenging at times. Good place to cut your teeth, but probably not sustainable.

      1. The MD is condescending 2. There is no real culture except for being shamed 3. If you are not a part of the MD's inner circle you are and always will be an outsider which means you will be passed over for promotions and even basic respect. 4. The people who are the "inner circle" embody the absolute disregard for your professionalism.
