      Less inter department communication is needed. Lengthy work time frame. On going development of plants (Construction) Limited email Communication Slow response/Work (Due to process implementations) All these information is associated only with GAB Novus Plant.

      No job security, long hours with no additional compensation, high stress, under-appreciated employees

      Pros

      Most of the people are great and a good benefit package.

      Cons

      Lower pay for area, no job security (laid off over 200 employees in the last year - some had been with the company or companies acquired by Gildan for over 20+ years), long hours with no additional compensation, high stress, current employees working long hours to compensate for staff let go, hard work and long hours not appreciated by upper management
