It's not worth wasting your time here at Go-Staff. You won't learn much here, and you won't get an opportunity to advance. The brutal work shifts and insane expectations from the management are enough to wear you down and keep you exhausted all the time. The leadership here is unreasonable and ignores employee feedback.

The workloads were insane. Every day was unpredictable due to many chaotic changes happening at once. The leadership was poor at change management and did nothing helpful but added more stress to employees' lives. The upper management was also stingy and did not fix the constant issue of understaffing. This led to additional stress and exhaustion for already overworked employees as their work burden rose exponentially.

Being ego-driven and incompetent are some of the worst qualities a leader can have—and unfortunately, that’s exactly what the leadership at Go-Staff is known for. They react aggressively to anyone who dares to offer constructive feedback, yet continue to make poor decisions that constantly lead to complaints and frustration among employees. The lack of accountability and professionalism from those in charge makes it nearly impossible to succeed or feel respected in this workplace.

Every single day here drags you down. The atmosphere is grim and unbearable. Leadership is insulting and dismissive, completely indifferent to the people working under them. Effort to make the workplace even remotely bearable is nonexistent.

I find the leadership to be too controlling and sometimes even manipulative. The managers tell us that they want is to work independently, yet they also keep on micromanaging us and everything we do. Some people in the management are control freak, and it's pretty obvious given how they try to take part in everything the employees do.

Actually, the leadership here is inexperienced. No matter how they pretend to know what they’re doing, they always end up messing everything up! And when they do, they try to wash their hands clean by looking for someone to blame. And who else can they do that to but the low rank employees!
