    Pros

    Camera is better than most know. Life work balance is great. Employees are encouraged to take 3 hours on Thurs and use camera for surfing, etc.

    Cons

    Innovation can be cut short by yearly release cycle.

    GoPro felt like a family. Built close relationships. Management was great at building that culture.

    Strategy felt a bit off and team was not held accountable for executing.

    You have a great brand. Ideally, hire teams that can execute.
