1. Get a chance to work on some great Projects/initiatives/technologies.

Cons

1. Need to stop glamourizing over working. 2. Too many people wear their burnout as a badge of honour and are appreciated by the top management ( e.g: I didn't sleep for last 2 days, I don't get time to eat or pee, I have not taken a single day vacation because of work etc.) 3. Your promotion depends on how much you brag and show off rather than how much value you add. So talented people are never rewarded. 4. There is a culture of pulling others legs to move up. A toxic organization culture which has the approval of top management. 5. High attrition because of the above points. You will hardly find top talents staying here for long.

- Plethora of opportunities to learn and grow in an extremely fast paced environment - Amazing leaders with a great vision on serving their best to the SEA and the Grabbers too - Teams with incredible talent pools, open & positive mindsets and very friendly - Kudos to the POPs teams hiring such talents and getting them all under one roof - POPs teams are friendly on the floor and have always been promoting an open, positive and a healthy culture - A Great work-life balance and Very Good Employment Benefits catering different age groups and not limiting to insurance and internet. - Child care partnership and Grabber Assistance Programs - Very good employee engagement programs and innovative surprise events - Employee Trainings every quarter ensuring everyone is skilled and moves with the same pace. You just need ask for one if there's something missing and you get it.

Cons

- Nothing is perfect, but then am glad to see teams starting from POPs (first person you contact for a open position) till the top most exec of the company striving to make it better every day for the SEA and the Grabbers.
