Pros

Fun office with small team of positive employees who do good work with little guidance. Hosted Friday happy hour, kindle for all employees, bus pass, health insurance. It's a newer industry so employees are paving the way. Cool office, dog friendly, not a deadline-heavy industry, so low stress level at the office.

Cons

Lack of leadership, no upward mobility. Strict 40 hour-a-week policy. Unwillingness from leadership to expand benefits. High turnover.

Pros

The location is great, lots of nearby food. the people are amazing. Fun Friday happy hours that the company pays for. The office has lots of natural light and lots of people to get your work done.

Cons

It is a small company. Management has a one minded approach. Lack of upward mobility. Feedback is best done by email and usually slow to be received.

Pros

Great coworkers and Friday happy hour

Cons

Hours are closely monitored by CEO, employees typically come in early, eat at desk, don't take breaks and answer emails all hours of the day. But if you need to leave early for a doctor appointment the hours were taken out of your vacation time i.e. pretty petty passive aggressive management style. No upward mobility.
