      Pros

      Interview phase is not too difficult. Company has potential for growth only if led by a proper and structured management.

      Cons

      Unprofessionalism, and poor management. Upper management needs to set their goals straight. They lack in directions and thus the employees suffer through that.

      Pros

      Unemployment line would be better, there are a few nice people that are simply miserable but stuck because the office is in deliverance country where no one wants to live or work.

      Cons

      Company values are singular - bow to senior management and you are fine. There are no leaders that actually have a clue what is going on in the marketplace or within the walls of their own company. Employees are fearful to speak up and are encouraged to keep their mouth shut.
