Pros

Leaves as per industry standards!! , but still you might be forced to work on Weekends just because of Manager incompetence.

Cons

Everything!! the existence of India office is a Con. They called everybody to base location to exchange laptop at height of pandemic in June 2020 in India. HR even went on to saying "We don't do charity". When they could have simply shipped laptop to everybody like any other decent company. Worse company for IT/ Technical work. it's an Operations based company in India providing 24 hour support to Insurance operations. IT is for name's sake and no benefits provided like a pure IT company. Managers & team leads are worst they have been part of this company for many years, just because of acquisitions they are here and maintain a Toxic & threating environment. Hikes are like 5-8 % while managers are getting promoted. Don't join or you will be forced to travel to base location n collect laptop. Full on poor company, full of poor minded people.

Pros

You will get your monthly salary

Cons

-Dictator management -They are getting the negative reviews removed. -No care to employees, upper management doesn't care about you, the only thing they care about is to get the work done. -Don't fall for the titles like "BEST PLACE TO WORK", these are nonsensical ones, nothing in reality. -You will be fighting here for survival, forget about the technical growth. -All the good employees have either left or planning to leave. -They have got tie-ups with consultancies who are selling the "fortune 500" tagline to lure the employees. Don't fall for it.

Pros

2 lady DMs from absence management spoiled the whole environment of the company. Now we got to know that they don't have any provision to give acceptation when employee is resigning from the company and employee has to wait for 45 days to get any prove that he has resigned from the company. funny policy but expected out of these ladies.

Cons

whole process do night shift but DM's do the shift as per there convenience (morning) you will hardly find AMs on floor.
