      They tell you that everyone is really approachable and nice and you can voice your problem. The buddy and PM I was assigned to were very rude and I voiced my opinion to the head. Biggest mistake. Since then I was bashed left and right for everything, and for the same things others were talked nice to. I was performing well and had good numbers for a new joiner, still they fired me citing the reason that I have a slow learning curve, for their personal agenda. The HRs though nice have no authority. It all depends on whether the senior management and your manager like you or not.

      Cons- Extremely biased senior management. The Vp and the higher management posts good reviews about themselves to grow in the market. Don't fall for the trap. The Hr is useless too
