      Pros

      It is very chill here. Everyone's like a family. They frequently fly us to UK which is always fun! They have a pretty generous wellness budget and you're allowed to work remotely

      Cons

      Worklife balance can be improved but if I'm making $329,000 a year I have absolutely no problems grinding it out
