Pros
125 years of history and company remains in family hand. The fifth generation just took over the management. Management and colleagues are highly professional and very friendly. Very long term thinking and practice.
Cons
To me the company seemed to technology oriented. They probably have some of the world's best engineers of the industry, but at almost all hierarch levels lack of commercial understanding.
