    Pros

    The company has an excellent training program. This company is very big on floor care and the proper training to be an expert on floor care is provided. You are capable to grow with the company on a management level at a very quick pace.

    Cons

    After you get promoted to the highest level as a manager in the field, it is very difficult to get into the corporate roles due to it being a family business.

    Good life insurance, very poor healthcare insurance and expensive.

    Cons

    Too much office time is required, too much pressure from DM who are racists and bullies when they are speaking to Supervisors and Directors.

    PTO (if you get to take it)

    Cons

    50-60 hour work weeks, unreasonable expectations, not enough FTEs to meet goals, promotions are only given to the bosses friends, the AD development was a joke I spent more time training my directors to do their job and doing their job than I spent doing my own. No support from upper managment. Absolutely no work life balance.

    Pros

    HHS is a family company who looks out for their employees. Environmental Services is not a easy industry but HHS definitely provides you the proper tools such as training and along with continued education to sharpen your management skills. Great HR department whos has always helped me out with any problems that occurred very responsive .

    Working in a hospital never sleeps keeps you on your toes.
