      Pros

      Salary is good as per industry.. You can take as much leave as you would want..

      Cons

      Management is too bad. Too much politics ( groupism). This is at every designation of the organization in India. Employees are overloaded with work that they even have to sacrifice their lunch hours almost daily and staying late is a routine.

      Pros

      The Company offers good package and believes in employee satisfaction. The Management of the company is really generous and has always been considerate enough for their employees. The timings are mostly fixed (unlikely in other Companies). The environment is employee friendly.

      I don't think there is any downside if someone joins the company

      Pros

      One of the best companies that I have worked with so far. The management is so good, their work culture and the office environment. One can completely be themselves here. Constant interaction with their international teams in Taiwan and USA gives a great exposure. Great growth opportunities, deserves 10 stars
