      Pros : - Good hikes, corporate lifestyle. Work place is best. Your work defines your future. Onsite opportunities.

      Cons

      Sometimes job security is not there for low performers. Initial salary is low in few companies. Sometimes work load is bit high which is same in all industry. Not everyone gets a chance to code.
