Literally everything is wrong with the job

Cons: • Poor treatment of long-term staff and lack of support when issues arise. • Payroll problems on leaving the company, with wages and deductions not properly explained. • Final paycheck felt unfair, with sick pay deductions wiping out most of my earnings despite working part of the month. • Holiday purchase repayments not returned after leaving, despite unused holiday being paid for. • Communication from management and payroll was unclear and frustrating. • Equipment and operational issues often raised but not always dealt with properly. • Stressful working environment with little transparency when problems happen. • Employees can feel undervalued, especially when leaving the business.

Poor pay. High expectations of knowledge. Training is lacklustre

Low pay compared with other retail jobs

Managers are awful, unreal expectations, managing children who can’t do the basics. No sick pay or support even in unexpected circumstances. Company lay you out to dry, even with things out of your control. The whole buisness is incredibly racist and do not protect you at all.
