Pros

This is a great place to work because the people you get to work with are amazing, meritocracy is practiced, and regardless of your post or your tenure in the company, your thoughts matter. The human resource department has supported new hires and tenured employees with the utmost care. The pay is excellent too. As an employee, it feels great to know that the company that the company encourages to have a life-work balance

Cons

Being with the company for a very short time I don't see any cons.

Pros

They have an amazing culture over-all. I swear that work-life balance is there. We can take our leaves freely and have a breath of fresh air (literally and figuratively). You have a pat on the back if you are doing a great job. You will be mentored if not. But you can definitely take a rest when you are tired. Pay is decent as well. Compared to other companies who offers the same position,

Cons

None at the moment because I'm fairly new. But I think everything is balanced here. There's no perfect company, but I definitely prefer HelpGrid even in the parallel universe.
